People move organizations – the HR-aspect of it is my passion! After graduating from the Georg-August University of Göttingen with a degree in social economics, I have been professionally comfortably grounded in the HR environment for the last 20 years. I have become acquainted with various industries and types of companies, have had the opportunity to gain experience in regional and global roles, and have learned to operate in both crisis-ridden and very fast-growing economic environments.

In our professional and private lives, we are confronted with the dynamics of new situations or processes of change, with the opportunities and pressures they bring. If we want to emerge from them successfully, then it is necessary to deal with these dynamics, especially if they have significant consequences. As a coach, I support individuals and teams to develop successful coping strategies for themselves in these environments and to sharpen their signature. Loyalty to the client, confidentiality, result-orientation, and transparency are self-evident working principles for me in the consulting process.
